As an ABA Technician at Cornerstone Comprehensive Therapy Center LLC, you will play a vital role in implementing ABA therapy programs designed to improve the lives of individuals with autism. You will work directly with our clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized interventions, collect data, and help clients develop essential life skills. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of ABA and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred).
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders is a plus (we train).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and receive ongoing training in ABA techniques.
